Teachers specialising in visual impairments support students, families, and schools from infancy to Year 11. They provide guidance on educational needs, assistive technologies, curriculum accessibility, and safe environments, contributing to assessments. Teachers for the hearing impaired also contribute to individualised education plans and tailored programmes for students' success.

These specialised teachers work with students with a visual impairment and their families as soon as the visual loss is identified.
Eligibility
Babies to Form 5 students.
